Project Identification and Customer Needs Understanding:
1. Understand the products the equipment will produce and the product quality requirements (appearance, shape, accessible surfaces, etc.);
2. Understand the customer's requirements for equipment production efficiency (production cycle, usage frequency, etc.);
3. Understand the working environment of the non-standard automated equipment and confirm the technical parameters of the location where the equipment will be used;
Product Analysis:
1. Understand the product manufacturing process in detail with the customer's engineers;
2. Understand the dimensional requirements of the product and the incoming material situation, and consider product factors in the equipment design scheme;
3. Communicate with the customer about precautions during the product manufacturing process;
Solution Development:
Design a suitable non-standard automated equipment solution based on the customer's product situation and production needs. The equipment solution should include an overall schematic diagram, partial schematic diagrams, a brief introduction to each part of the equipment, operation instructions, and technical parameters of the equipment.
