Inspection methods for precision stamped parts

Known inspection methods are used after using precision stamped parts to avoid any problems.

1. Touch Test: We recommend using a clean gauze to wipe the surface of the outer cover, then touching the stamped surface perpendicularly with a local inspector's glove. This method requires some professional experience, but it is quick.

2. Flexible Test Method: After cleaning the outer cover surface, use a soft, clean towel to longitudinally grind the entire surface of the stamped part. Only pitting and indentation will be easily detected.

3. Oil Test: Wipe the surface of the stamped part clean with a clean gauze. Then, use a clean brush to evenly apply oil to the entire surface of the stamped part in the direction of the oil. Place the stamped part under strong light for testing. This will easily reveal whether there are tiny pits or corrugated cardboard-like defects on the surface of the stamped part.
