Make sure that the automatic production line does not stop production during working hours. Also, try to use the pre-fix method in management. Install a timer in the equipment, record the working time of the equipment, apply the wear law, predict the wear of the wearing parts, replace the wearing parts in advance, and troubleshoot in advance. Make sure the line is fully loaded.

Maintenance of automated production lines:

Electric circuits, gas circuits, oil circuits and mechanical transmission components (such as guide rails) should be checked after shifting, the working process should be checked, key components should be sampled, and abnormal samples should be recorded. Prepare spare parts for major problems; unify the entire line for shutdown maintenance, do a good job of wearing parts, and replace wearing parts in advance to prevent unburned parts.
