1. **Synchronous Repair Method:** During production, if a fault is discovered, repair it as soon as possible using maintenance methods. The production line will continue production until the holiday, allowing maintenance workers and operators to focus on resolving all issues while performing repairs. The equipment typically resumes production on Mondays.

2. **Partial Repair Method:** If there are major problems with the automated production line, repairs will be more frequent. The synchronous repair method cannot be used. In this case, use the holiday to concentrate maintenance workers and operators on repairing a specific section. Repair the other section during the next holiday. Ensure the automated production line does not stop production during working hours. Additionally, try using a pre-repair method in management. Install timers in the equipment to record operating time, apply wear patterns to predict wear on vulnerable parts, replace vulnerable parts in advance, and preemptively eliminate faults. Ensure the production line is fully loaded.

Automated Production Line Maintenance:

Circuit, air, oil, and mechanical transmission components (such as guide rails) should be inspected after gear shifting. The operating process should be checked, and samples should be taken from critical components, with abnormal samples recorded. Prepare spare parts for major problems; conduct unified full-line shutdown maintenance, ensure vulnerable parts are in good condition, replace vulnerable parts in advance, and prevent unburned parts from igniting.
