1. Check all switching power supplies, pneumatic valves, and hydraulic power supplies of automated machinery.


Difficulties in switching power supplies, pneumatic valves, and hydraulic power sources often cause common failures in automated machinery. For example, there is a problem with the power supply system, including common faults in the power supply system of all production workshops, such as low rated power of the power supply, damaged commercial insurance, poor contact of the power cord plug, etc.; the air pump or hydraulic oil pump is not turned on, and the pneumatic triple or double parts are not Open, the relief valve or some pressure valves in the hydraulic transmission system are not open, etc. The inspection of automated machinery should include the following many levels: switching power supply, switching power supply of the power supply system including each machine equipment and lighting power in the production workshop. Pneumatic valves, including standard air pressure sources for pneumatic equipment. The hydraulic machine source, including the working conditions of the hydraulic oil pump necessary for the automatic mechanical hydraulic control valve.




2. Check whether the sensor part of the automatic machine is out of position.


Due to the carelessness of the equipment maintenance and management staff, it is very likely that some sensor parts have errors and omissions, such as not being in time, common failures of sensors, common failures of sensitivity, etc. Always check the sensor position and sensitivity of the sensor, and adjust it immediately if there is an error. If the sensor is damaged, replace it immediately. In many cases, in addition to this, because of the vibration of automatic machinery, most of the sensors will loose their parts after long-term use. Therefore, the parts of the sensors should be checked frequently during daily maintenance. Is it appropriate, is it fixed and firm.




3. Inspection of automotive relays, flow control valves, pressure control valves of automated machinery


Like the induction coil type inductor, the automotive relay will also be stuck to the ground in long-term applications, which makes it impossible to ensure that the control circuit of the electrical equipment is all normal and must be replaced. In the pneumatic or hydraulic transmission system, the opening degree of the one-way throttle valve and the working pressure of the pressure valve are adjusted to spring, and the loosening or rolling will also occur with the vibration of the machinery and equipment. Like sensors, such devices are components that must be routinely maintained in automated machinery.




4. Check electrical equipment, pneumatic and hydraulic control circuit connections


If the above three steps do not find all problems, then check all control loops. Check whether the power line in the power circuit is short-circuited, especially whether the power line in the wire trough is cut off by the wire trough due to involvement. Check the bronchi for destructive folds. Check whether the high pressure oil line is blocked. If the bronchus is severely wrinkled, replace it immediately. The high pressure oil pipe needs to be replaced as well.




5. After ensuring the above process is accurate, common failures may occur in the control panel of automated machinery, but it is always unlikely to be a problem with the program flow. First of all, it is not necessary that the control board is damaged, as long as there has not been a serious short-circuit fault, the control board has overcurrent protection inside, and the general short-circuit fault is not easy to damage the control board.
